Soft Shell Crab

Our Soft Shell Crab appetizer is for guests who like their seafood with a little drama. We fry whole soft-shell crabs in a light tempura-style batter until the legs turn crisp and the shell hides a juicy, briny center. Each piece gets paired with our tempura dipping sauce, which keeps things savory without drowning the crab's natural flavor. It's rich enough to share, but we see a lot of people guard this plate all to themselves here in Punta Gorda.
