Ebi-Ten

Ebi-Ten is our classic Japanese-style fried shrimp, light and crisp rather than heavy. We coat each shrimp in a delicate tempura batter and fry it to a pale golden crunch that still lets the sweetness of the shrimp come through. On the side, we serve a warm tempura dipping sauce so you can control each bite-more savory, more subtle, your choice. It's a natural match with beer or sake, and a favorite add-on for sushi nights at home in Punta Gorda.
