Okinawa Roll

Our Okinawa Roll is a love letter to salmon. We roll fresh salmon with avocado and cucumber inside, then add more salmon over the top along with bright orange ikura. A drizzle of eel sauce and spicy mayo ties everything together, giving you a mix of buttery fish, cool vegetables, and gentle sweetness in every slice. It's a beautiful roll to look at and even better to eat, especially if you're a salmon fan planning sushi night around Punta Gorda.
