Amimoto Roll

The Amimoto Roll is our show-off roll-the one we named after ourselves. We start with fried lobster, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese, rolling it tight before topping it with masago. A drizzle of eel sauce brings a deep, sweet-savory gloss, and spicy mayo adds just enough heat to keep each bite interesting. It's rich, crunchy, and a little bit decadent, perfect for sharing at the table or making the centerpiece of your sushi night in Punta Gorda.
