Our Chirashi Rice Bowl is how we like to show off the fish. We layer seasoned sushi rice in the bowl, then arrange an assortment of sashimi-style cuts-tuna, salmon, and other chef selections-across the top in clean slices. A little garnish, a brush of soy if you like, and you get all the flavor of a sashimi platter with the comfort of rice underneath.
