Beef Bulgogi

Our Beef Bulgogi takes thin slices of beef and lets them soak in a soy-based marinade until the flavor runs all the way through. We then sauté the meat with onion, carrot, broccoli, and scallion so everything picks up a little caramelization at the edges. A side of steamed broccoli keeps the plate balanced and gives you something to drag through the juices. It's a favorite for guests who want something hearty, slightly sweet, and deeply savory here in Punta Gorda.
